A respectful pink granite multi-war memorial stands near the south (main) entrance to the Richland County Courthouse in Wahpeton ND.
This is an odd memorial. Blasterz think it has been re-engraved since it was first erected in 1973.

Description of Memorial: The memorial us made of three pabdels of polished pink granite. the central panel has a lare engraved American Flag and the dedication on it. The left panel lists the names of the WWII veterans from Richland County. The R panel lists the names of the county's Korean, Vietnam, and War on Terror veterans. The three panels rest on a small base of pink granite with the seals of the military branches engraved on it.
