A very detailed and lifelike bronze sculpture by Scott Schaffer, of an Alligator, approx. 16 feet long.
There are two Alligator sculptures in the Plaza, in front of the Orange County History Centre in Downtown Orlando.
The Plaque in the plaza relating to the sculptures reads 'Alligator Sculptures. Craig T Ustler'
It would appear that the Craig T Ustler named on the plaque is a property developer, who paid for the Sculptures.
See info below:

"The sculptor, Scott Shaffer, is a Colorado native who uses his degree in Natural Sciences to full
effect by creating incredibly detailed bronze animal sculptures. He began sculpting in 1987 and then became a full-time artist in 1994. His work was selected to be included in the Cypress Gardens Wildlife Sculpture Series for four consecutive years." Text Source: (
