Where did the name skirt STEAK come from?
“I love the classic steakhouse tradition... the rich woods and refined leathers, thick steaks, healthy portions and bold wines. However, I felt it was time to get away from tradition and offer something more exciting, something sexier. As the “skirt” behind skirt STEAK, I wanted to put my own spin on a steakhouse. I am a busy entrepreneur, a mother and a wife and I wanted to create a place where I could go and really experience something exciting and get the first class treatment. skirt STEAK is a signature dish on the menu. skirt STEAK is challenging to cook, but if prepared well it offers a superior steak experience with bold flavour, yet tender.
