This is the "eastern bay" of Fanny Flynn's, a two-story brick structure containing two storefronts. It was built in approximately 1910 and currently houses a toy store and a clothing boutique.

The street address is considered to be "222 West First Avenue" although this is also the same number used for the separate Flinn Block, immediately to the west. The building was recorded as 234 First Avenue SW on the Historic District Nomination Form, so for Waymarking purposes I'm listing it that way (except using the current "West First Avenue" scheme in use by the City of Albany (rather than First Avenue SW). Confusingly, the original 234 address was out of sequence, falling between the 2108 and 222 addresses of the adjacent buildings, which likely explains the current use of the "222" address.
