This park is located along the Accotink Trail section of the Fairfax Cross County Trail. There is ample parking, and a large shady playground area with multiple structures. This is also bike and Metro accessible.

There are two large play structures, toddler and kid swings, a seesaw, and bouncy horses. Benches are available for parents to sit on, and there is a shaded picnic area nearby.
This is a good starting/end point for parents who are trying to exercise with their kids. The trail is mostly paved, with a short stretch of gravel. Travel west on the Accotink Trail to reach Thaiss Park, which also has a small playground and picnic shelter.
This park is also accessible via Metro. Vienna Station (Orange Line) is roughly 1.1 miles north of Eakin Community Park.
