Kamenný most (The Stone Bridge), cultural and technical monument of the Czech Republic, connects two banks of Labe (Elbe) river in town Nymburk.
This three-arch bridge, designed by architect František Roith and built by Ing. Karel Herzán construction company in 1912, is one of the first ferroconcrete bridges in the Czech lands. It was constructed at the side of medieval, many times reconstructed, wooden bridge. The bridge, 118 m long and 8.5 m high, has three fields formed by three inserted ferroconcrete arches (with span 35-40-35 m). The pillars are faced by stone and decorated in Art-Nouveau style.
