This sculpture by Dashi Namdakov was unveiled in a small park near Marble Arch in April 2012. The author, who was born in Buryat region of Siberia, created is as a tribute to the ancient Mongolian culture and as a commemoration of 850th anniversary of Genghis Khan's birth.
The articles I found mentioned that this was just a temporary installation until September 2012, but more than one year later it is still in its place.
