Stavby tohoto typu jsou v Ceské republice pomerne vzácné, nejcasteji je najdeme v kolonizacních centrech na jižní Morave. Mají podzemní prostoru sloužící jako kostnice, kam byly ukládány kosti vykopané na hrbitove, a horní prostoru jako kapli, kde se vykonávaly bohoslužby za zemrelé. Stavba stonarovského karneru se skládá z kruhové lodi a petibokého knežište. Stavebním materiálem je kámen místního puvodu. Kuželová strecha lodi a strecha knežište nese šindelovou krytinu, v lodi jsou ctyri strílnovitá okna a v knežišti tri okna s nepravidelným ostením a zaobleným záklenkem. Vedle dnes používaného je na jižní strane lode v omítce naznacen puvodní románský vchod. Jeho úroven svedcí o tom, že okolní terén byl v následující dobe ponekud snížen. V jižní strane zdiva lode proražen obdélníkový otvor, kterým se dovnitr ukládaly kosterní pozustatky z okolního hrbitova.

Buildings of this type are in the Czech Republic is relatively rare, is most commonly found in the centers of colonization in South Moravia. They have underground space is used as an ossuary, where the bones were stored dug in the cemetery, and the upper area was used as a chapel, where worship is performed for the dead. Construction of this Karner consists of a circular ship and pentagonal chancel. The building material is stone of local origin. Conical roof of the boat and the roof of the chancel bears shingle roofing. In the southern side of the walls of the nave is punched rectangular hole, which was used to stored in skeletal remains from the surrounding cemetery.
