Located within Capitol Park and east of the State Capitol Building and north of the Civil War Memorial Grove is a bronze plaque monumented on a wooden stand that reads:

Like the heavenly Father
above, our earthly "Dad"
had a heart of love.

I tried to do some online research for information on Clem but found nothing. The memorial plaque is located in what seems to be a small grove of flowers, shrubs and trees. I'm to assume that this small section of Capitol Park is memorialized in Clem's name.
