There is a plain arched sedilia, aumbry and piscina in the chancel, probably to Hayward's designs. Two other piscinas in side chapels.
The church is now a burnt-out shell. This beautiful and ancient building was almost totally destroyed by a devastating fire caused by a senseless act of vandalism on the night of 21 Jul 1992 .
