Religious influence by both the LDS Mormons, and the Community of Christ Mormons, is very evident in this area.

This building's south side has a mural as a memorial to baseball star from 1909 to 1929 with the Pittsburgh Pirates - Babe Adams
The only active business (and no one was there when I was there) is an insurance company names "Green Hills Insurance Services LLC"
This area's religious beliefs are heavy Mormon. - generally "Community of Christ" which is a splinter group off the St. Lake City Mormons. They call themselves the "Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints"
With that information I am assuming (and I know what that means) that the Community of Christ church had something to do with the original construction of this building.
