This grey granite slab Supreme Forest Woodmen Circle marker is located in the Walnut Hill Cemetery. The granite marker is on a cut stone plinth. The seal is towards the bottom of the marker. The lettering of the inscription is in a Art Nouveau style. The inscription reads:
