Kosciól sw. Anny w Zabrzu wzniesiony w latach 1897-1900 (konsekrowany 10 pazdziernika 1900 r.). Zaprojektowany w stylu neoromanskim z elementami neogotyku przez radce budowlanego Blau'a z Bytomia oraz architekta Stahl'a. W 1945 roku uszkodzony.

Kosciól na planie krzyza lacinskiego, halowy, trójnawowy z transeptem, kryty dachem dwuspadowym. Na osi fasady wieza z dzwonnica (dzwony Anna, Leon, Jerzy, Henryk) i zegarem. Elewacje z cegly klinkierowej dekorowane ornamentami ceglanymi i detalami kamieniarskimi. Charakterystyczne dla architektury kosciola sa duze, zamkniete pólkoliscie okna z witrazami przedstawiajacymi postaci swietych, a takze empory naw bocznych i ramion transeptu.

We wnetrzu oryginalne wyposazenie m.in. z oltarzem sw. Anny, kazalnica, marmurowymi balaskami oraz 49-glosowe organy z 1900 r. firmy Schlag&Söhne ze Swidnicy.

St. Anna's Church

Standing at the end of a long, picturesque lane of maple and linden trees, this beauty takes pride of place in downtown Zabrze as the city's finest sacral building. Built in the years 1897-1900 in neo-Romanesque style with neo-Gothic elements, the cross-shaped church features a clock in its belltower and a fine interior full of red brick arches with ornamental stone detailing and gold leaf wall highlights. Take a look at the numerous semicircular stained glass windows depicting saints.
