The White Horse sits on Long Street in Atherstone. The earliest recorded history of a pub being on this site was late 1800's when Esther Parry and her husband Joseph kept it c1891.
There is interesting glass in the front windows depicting a now defunct brewery -Phillips & Marriott Ltd - Midland Brewery, Much Park Street, Coventry.
The original property is of brick construction with ornate tile effect at ground floor level with a painted frontage and is housed under a pitched tiled roof with dormer windows and is Grade ll listed and located within a Conservation Area.
