The Wilck is a spacious 120 acre peat meadows-nature reserve in the province of South Holland. The name comes from a former river over here.
It is an open landscape with many meadows and ditches. Because of the attractiveness of the area for birds the Wilck is since the year 2000 a European special protection area and since 2009 also a Natura 2000 area. The area is, besides a small path, not open to the public.
