The Butler County Courthouse is located in a circle at the intersection of East Commerce Street and Conecuh Street. The memorial is located on the grass on the north side of the building. The center Desert Storm emblem is surrounded by the emblems for the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Coast Guard.
