This appears to be a 1960s GMC, converted by Western States Fire Apparatus Inc. of Cornelius Oregon, one of three vehicles comprising the Marcus Fire Department's fleet, as best we could tell.

This pumper was built with a conventional side mounted control panel. The conversion is mounted on a GMC 9500 chassis of about mid sixties vintage. The Western States Fire Apparatus company appears to no longer be in business.
The hamlet of Marcus doesn't appear to have a fire hall. Instead, they have reclaimed the foundation of the high school which burned down, put a roof over it and, voilà, fire truck storage.
