At first I thought -COOL! Then, Oh, it's just a engine cut to fit over a standard mailbox. Then I check.....

Location of Mailbox: 905 US 69, Lamoni, IA
When I checked I found: This engine block had the front opened up and a door flap from a standard mailbox was attached to the front of the block. So, this mailbox can accept packages. When the mailman puts mail in here, the letters and packages fall into the oil pan...lots of space inside.
I just thought this was great. May be others like it, but I have never seen anything like it...very funny.
