The benchmark is cemented into the top of the north side of the east abutment of the old US Hwy 72 Shoal Creek Bridge. The bridge is no longer in service. The benchmark is plainly visible but it is on the bridge side of a 6' chain link fence. The benchmark text reads "Elev ... Feet Above Mean Sea Level". Shooting over the fence my photo is just not sharp enough. According to the Killen Quadrangle the benchmark elevation should be 521'.
