This Memorial is located on the southwestern part of the Bethany Cemetery - 10 Cunnington Ave in North Charleston, SC.

Atop this memorial is a bronze figure in full uniform with his right hand shielding his gaze from the sun. His left hand is on a scabbarded sword. On the ground is the debris of war - a broken wagon wheel, a shell for a cannon. Four bronze tablets appear on the granite shaft of the memorial:
