The Oregon--Washington Railroad & Navigation Company Passenger Station in Mt. Hood Oregon is a bungalow/craftsman style train depot built in 1906 (though the plaque lists 1911). It is still in use today as a passenger depot for the Hood River Railroad and excursion trains to Parkdale Oregon 22 miles to the south. The short line Mt Hood Railroad still offers freight service on this rail corridor two or three days a week. The depot is at the northern end of a rail corridor that is listed on the register as the Mt. Hood Railroad Linear Historic District
Mt. Hood RR right-of-way from Hood River Oregon to Parkdale Oregon. This district was listed in 1994.
