This 1812 lead sculpture depicts a man and woman in classic poses..wearing togas. The woman holds a sceptor in her left arm while both figures have a hand on a scroll held in the woman's left hand.

The plaque indicates that the work is a by Johann Martin Fischer and was an "allegorical fountain sculpture from the 'Am Hof' City Square"
and is entitled "The Loyalty of the Austrian Nation Towards Emperor and Fatherland".
