T37S 1/4RE9 SECS 9 10 ORLS 1025 - Klamath County, OR - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

I recovered this Klamath County Surveyor section corner from 1977 in good condition. The marker is monumented on top of an iron pipe projecting about 16 inches above the ground and up the hill about 20 feet from Swan Lake Rd on the left side if you're traveling NW. The marker sits just to the north of a nearby barbed wire wooden fence line.

There are Bearing Trees near the survey marker that are spray painted in pink and red. The survey marker itself is spray painted in pink. There is also a Bearing Tree on the right side of the road. The Bearing Trees also have vertical notches and other markings. All surrounding areas around this marker are highly visible with the pink spray paint.

Nearby fence line and wooden post spray painted with '1/4' on the post. Also a couple of Bearing Trees with metal plaques and spray painted in pink on either side of survey marker. The iron pipe itself is spray painted in pink which all makes this location stand out extremely well. There is also a cattle guard across the dirt road about 30 feet south of the survey marker.
