Life and Death Strangely Met
As Patrolman Doyle's Little girl dies, a son is born
"Six hours after the death of their two-year-old daughter, a boy was born into the family of Patrolman Herbert H. Doyle of 1519 South Sixth Street at noon today. After lying in an unconscious condition for several days Dorothy Doyle succumbed at 6:30 o'clock this morning to uremic poisoning. Mrs. Doyle gave birth to a little son shortly after noon today and both mother and child were doing well this afternoon. The funeral of Dorothy will be conducted at the residence at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning, the Rev. J.B. Pearson of the Third Street Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove.
