This is one of those neat old early-statehood era towers.

This is one of those bullet-shaped water towers, with a cone-shaped dome lid....(Sidebar: In a park in Rush Springs, they have taken the dome lid off their old water tank and use it as a roof for their gazebo - cool idea).
This tank is supported by four steel legs with cross-bar supports and guy wires. Benchmark EL0851 is located on this tower. The first recorded date of official observation of this benchmark was in 1920, so the tower is likely 100 years old.
