Érigé en 1674 alors que les sœurs hospitalières de l’Hôtel-Dieu de Québec sont propriétaires de la seigneurie, le moulin de Grondines est l’un des plus vieux moulin à vent du pays. Il marque le lieu de la première implantation du village où se trouvait une église dont subsistent quelques vestiges archéologiques. Une exposition permanente en relate l’histoire.
