This marker is slightly different from the usual tree trunk theme in that it features a small shield with medallion featuring a World War I American soldier carrying a rifle, with the words "America Over The Top" on the top, and a 1918 copyright at the bottom. Outside the medallion are a torch and sword, with "Liberty" between them across the top. The inscription itself says:
