Building 10 was built in 1885-86. The two-story duplex has a rectangular floor plan and a hipped roof. The building features a veranda style porch which wraps around from the south elevation to both the east and west elevation. The building was restored by the City of Vancouver to its historic appearance with a projected completed in 1988. The building has been converted to offices for small businesses.
