Mitchell Cemetery is on private property, owned by the adjacent Fort Worth Grain Exchange, at 2707 Decatur Avenue. They have no objection to visitors, but it would be best to check in with them before climbing the hill behind the building.
Given its age and the lack of preservation of the cemetery, this stone is not in the best of condition, with the top of it being broken off. It appears to say:

Died October 18[6?]7
There is an entry for Findagrave that suggests 1867 as the death year, and gives a bit of a name to "Anderson." (
