A handmade stone marks the grave of Mrs. E.O. Anderson in Mitchell Cemetery, Fort Worth, TX. This cemetery is considered to be one of the top endangered sites in Fort Worth, given nearby construction and expansion of roads.

Mitchell Cemetery is on private property, owned by the adjacent Fort Worth Grain Exchange, at 2707 Decatur Avenue. They have no objection to visitors, but it would be best to check in with them before climbing the hill behind the building.

Given its age and the lack of preservation of the cemetery, this stone is not in the best of condition, with the top of it being broken off. It appears to say:

Died October 18[6?]7
