For more than fifty years this speedway has hosted stock car racing. The speedway (3/8th mile oval) is also home to drifting and karting events. In 1961, Ottawa racing moved to this state-of-the-art track near Stittsville after successful seasons at the Lansdowne Speedway.
Capital City also has a strip for drag racing.
The posted co-ordinates are for the Front Gate to the speedway. Concerning ticket purchases, Capital City Speedway is cash only.
