This polychrome wood statue of the namesake of the abbey is located within the abbey of Mont-Saint Michel. The statue depicts the Archangel Michael with a balance in his left hand and a spear in his right. He is looking down at his feet while in the process of slaying the devil. The statue stands on a tall column base. It was created in the first quarter of the 16th century by an unknown artist.
