CONGRESSMAN JOHN H. ROGERS LATER UNITED

STATES JUDGE OF THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF

ARKANSAS MORE THAN 200 ACRES OF THE

GOVERNMENT RESERVATION WAS DONATED TO

THE FORT SMITH SCHOOL DISTRICT.

ERECTED AS A PUBLIC SERVICE BY

THE NOON CIVICS CLUB
