CONGRESSMAN JOHN H. ROGERS LATER UNITED
STATES JUDGE OF THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF
ARKANSAS MORE THAN 200 ACRES OF THE
GOVERNMENT RESERVATION WAS DONATED TO
THE FORT SMITH SCHOOL DISTRICT.
