The parish church of San Michele was first mentioned in 1210. The original Romanesque building with a nave and two aisles was comletely replaced over the centuries. The only remaining piece, a baptismal font was transferred to the neighboring church San Nicola.
The current structure is from different periods. The choir was rebuilt in 1644, the nave dates back to 1787 and the steeple was erected in 1861.
