This compass rose is made from concert pavers and is part of the walkway near the small boat harbor in Seward, AK. The compass rose indicates the 4 cardinal directions and the 4 intermediate directions.

This compass rose is made from concert pavers and is part of the walkway near the small boat harbor in Seward, AK. The compass rose indicates the 4 cardinal directions and the 4 intermediate directions (NE, SE, SW & NW). Of note there is also a small plaque giving the variance between magnetic north and true north. There is also an old ships anchor in the center of the compass rose.
