Long Description:
This hydromobile is powered by the force of water that turns a mill first and then activates a switch that dragon move him flowers and a fisherman through a set of pulleys (see photo and video). The artist lives Sepmes, is created several hydromobiles that are visible in his street Saulnier, of course with permission.
This work is in the Park Library is accessed through a passage behind the church.
