DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1964 (RAR) THE STATION IS A BALL AT THE APEX OF A CONICAL SHAPED ROOF ON A CYLINDRICAL TANK SUPPORTED BY A 4-LEGGED STEEL STRUCTURE. IT IS PAINTED SILVER IN COLOR AND IS 130 FEET IN HEIGHT. IT IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE SMALL VILLAGE OF WINGER.
