A Declaration
We honor all men who by their service have made a lasting contribution in preserving the freedom we now enjoy, the dignity and honor of America and the sanctity of our homes.
We acknowledge the hand of almighty God in establishing and maintaining all knowlwedge for the edification of mankind.
Erected this the 4th day of July 1966 in behalf of the citizens of Logan.
