This clock is in front of the Alaska Mint on W 4th Ave, Anchorage, AK. While technically not a “sign” it does display both time and temperature. Temperature range -40 to 120 degrees FR.

The advantage to this time and Temperature clock is that it works even if the lights go out. Minus 40 is a little to cold for me.
Another interesting fact is that -40 is the same on both the Celsius and the Fahrenheit scales. See
