Pearl Fryer is noted for the Topiary Garden he created around his home in Bishopville, South Carolina. Besides the plants, he has included several sculptures, among which is this one featuring Coca-Cola advertising.

Their brochure describes the sculptures:

"The metal sculptures and fountains are designed and constructed by Pearl. He uses scrap metal to create his “junk art.” If you look closely at his sculptures, you will often see the words “peace” or “love.” Pearl is particularly proud of his piece “Hate Hurts” near the bridge to the Garden with a Message." source: (visit link)
