På hjørnet af bygningen hvor jeg boede i mine yngre dage er et relief. Det forestiller en havfrue og en nøgen mand tæt sammen. Kærlighed eller kamp? Jeg syntes deres ansigter udstråler en form for desperation. To store fugle flyver på hver sin side af parret.
Kunstværket er påført årstallet 1981 og en signatur som er meget svær at tyde. Måske står der Vernnt. Det er ikke lykkedes at lokalisere kunstneren i anerkendte lister.
At the corner of the building where I lived in my younger days is a relief. It depicts a mermaid and a naked man closely together. Love or fight? I think their faces radiate a kind of desperation. Two large birds are flying on each side of the couple.
The artwork is applied to the year 1981, and a signature which is very difficult to decipher. Maybee the artist name is Vernnt. I have not succeeded to locate the artist in established lists.
