Super Cow is the mascot of the Guida Dairy cooperatice, a large regional dairy in New England. They process milk received from New England farmers into a wide variety of dairy products.
The Super Cow is used extensively as their identifying logo. It is even the title of their website. So, it's appropriate that a fiberglass version of super Cow fly over their corporate headquarters in New Britain, CT.
