This old cemetery is a former Wesleyan Methodist cemetery on what used to be Mill Street. The former church building was built in 1843 but was abandoned in 1879 and is no longer there. The earliest internment at he cemetery was in March 1842. The cemetery is big enough for 100 graves and features a cement monument featuring many of the headstones.
A plaque was placed by Heritage Ajax in June 2000.
