Long Description:
The beacon can be reached by a 1-hour hike from S33 56.217 E18 23.691 on Signal Hill Road. There's a spectacular 360° view from the summit with downtown Cape Town, the harbour, and Robben Island to the north and northeast; and Table Mountain to the southeast.
