This Water Tower sits atop a hill looming over Millbrook’s Legacy Park situated along Hwy 7 – the Deatsville Highway. The tower itself is easily recognizable as one drives by.

The Water Tower itself is White & Blue with “ELMORE WATER AUTHORITY” boldly painted on the side nearest Legacy Park where one can park and saunter around the track which will take a visitor within 100 feet of the base of the tower itself. Notable on this water tower are 6 large drops of water emblazoned on either side of the tower’s logo. At the base, a sign reads this is the "Roy" tower. The posted coordinates will lead you to the base of this impressive water tower which is available 24/7.
