This look-out is a long turnout on the side of the highway designed for two purposes. It gives visitors a chance to pull over to enjoy the scenery to its fullest and to take photographs. It also provides a place for slower traffic (usually gawking at the scenery) to get out of the way and let more impatient drivers speed on by.
