På hjørnet af Lene Bredahlsgade og Niels Ebbesens Gade ses denne fine lille figur øverst på en bygning. Figuren forestiller den romerske gud Hermes der ses med sin karakteristiske bevingede hat. Han holder desuden en pose og en stav og har et klæde svøbt om livet. Merkur, der har lighed med den græske gud Hermes, var romernes gud for handel, hurtighed og kommunikation.
At the corner of a building on Lene Bredahls Street and Niels Ebbesens Street this fine little figurine is placed at the top of a building just beneath the roof. The figurine is depicting the Roman god Mercury with his characteristic hat with wings a small bag and a stick. He has a cloth wrapped around the waist. Mercury has a likeness with the Greek god Hermes, was the Roman god for trade, communication and speed.
