This is a very sparse park. Other than the trail, a large field, and a small playground, it has no amenities - no bathrooms and no running water. On the other hand, it is right next to old downtown Fair Grove where those can be obtained at the diner-internet cafe.
There are no markings to indicate the length of the trail or whether it is a loop. It does not appear to be a loop, nor can its end be seen from the trailhead.
The first portion of the path is fairly level. Then it has a gentle downhill slope to it as you leave the trailhead.
