This Sweet Gum tree honoring Janet Rutledge Smith is on the north side of Oklahoma State University's McElroy Hall, at the southwest corner of McFarland and Farm Rd.. There are several memorials in this brick-lined courtyard of the College of Veterinary Medicine.
