Green Haven Cemetery in Stillwater (Payne County) is Oklahoma's first "Green" Cemetery. It is located on Coyle Road, just south of Highway 51. There are no caskets, no headstones, and no fertilized, well-maintained grounds. Loved ones laid to rest here will be in a meadow which is kept as natural as possible. There are only a few burials at this time (the cemetery was established in 2010). A monolith at the entrance (east side) provides the name of the cemetery.
