Several omniverous trees lining a public footpath between St Juliots church and the village of Boscastle, Cornwall. Don't get too close, I think they're hungry!
Currently munching on nearby barbed wire fence. Maybe they intend to incorporate the barbs as thorns to deter browsing cattle from the adjoining fields. Although there were no cattle when I visited.... and the trees seemed to have a post-prandial glow. Suffice to say, I didn't hang around to identify the type of tree and walked briskly to my destination.
